Terms of Service

DRAFT - last updated 30 October 2026. Have this reviewed before going live.

This is a done-for-you marketing service (not software). We run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and create and post organic content for your business, using AI tools and our team.

What we do

Set up and manage your ad campaigns and daily posts for the agreed period.
Share a short report on results.

What we need from you

Access to your business page and ad account, and your approval of ads and posts before they go live.
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is not included in our fee.

No guarantees

We work hard for results, but we cannot promise a set number of leads or sales. Results depend on your market, offer and budget.

Payment

The service fee is shown on our offer page and is paid up front using the payment method we send you.

Ending the service

Either side may stop with written notice. See our Refund Policy.
